At StockolMania Tours, we believe that one of the best ways to get to know a
country’s culture is through its food traditions. Therefore we would like to invite you to join us on a gastronomic taste, walk and talk tour, meant to tickle all the senses. 

Swedish cuisine is often associated with mild flavours, creamy sauces and game meat, and while that’s true to some extent, the Swedish cuisine actually has much more to offer.

The tour A taste of Stockholm is a combined guided food and walking tour, during which you will be introduced to mixture of traditionally flavoured dishes with platters of a more experimental palet, inspired by cuisines from near and far, while making stops at carefully selected restaurants. 

The tour starts in the district of Östermalm where you will be given a guided introduction inside the covered market Östermalmshallen, a building dating back to
the late 19th century where all kinds  of food suppliers are gathered under one roof. 

After having absorbed all the impressions, scents and tastes, at Östermalmshallen we will head towards Södermalm. The most bohemian and authentic districts of Stockholm where art galleries meet vintage shops in a part historic contra modern setting. With its some parts steep slopes and hilly streets, Södermalm also offers spectacular viewpoints over the entire city.

The tour will end with the mandatory Swedish fika, at a hidden café in Gamla Stan, where you will be given the opportunity to taste carefully selected pastries.

The tour of "A Taste Of Stockholm" is private, meaning: the guide will be at your exclusive disposal. However, if you would like to share the walking tour with other participants, select the box in the booking form : and we will try to find you travel companions. If so, we will apply you a discounted rate; vice versa we agree you the private tour at the agreed price.

CONDIZIONI DI PRENOTAZIONE E PAGAMENTO

TOUR DI MASSIMO UNA GIORNATA

Per prenotare un tour di massimo una giornata è necessario compilare il form presente nelle relative pagine dei tour. Cliccando su una data del calendario e selezionando l’orario desiderato, si aprirà una finestra popup da cui si potrà calcolare automaticamente il prezzo, completare la prenotazione e procedere con il pagamento sicuro online.

Il pagamento avverrà tramite carta di debito/credito. Su richiesta è possibile procedere al pagamento tramite bonifico bancario: contattaci direttamente all’indirizzo info@stockholmania.tours per maggiori informazioni.

ITINERARI DI PIÙ GIORNATE o ITINERARI SU MISURA

Per i nostri itinerari da due o più giornate occorrerà inviare una richiesta di disponibilità attraverso il form presente nelle rispettive pagine, compilando i vari campi richiesti. Il form calcola automaticamente il prezzo totale del pacchetto, comprensivo di tutti gli ingressi, mezzi di trasporto e crociere/battelli (laddove previsti).

Tale richiesta è senza impegno e totalmente gratuita.

Ti risponderemo il prima possibile comunicandoti la nostra disponibilità o fornendoti eventualmente altre soluzioni.

A disponibilità confermata, per prenotare definitivamente il tour o servizio richiesto verrà inviato un form da compilare con nome, cognome e indirizzo di residenza*.

Successivamente verrà inviata una fattura per il pagamento di un acconto del 50% della somma concordata da effettuarsi tramite bonifico bancario.

StockholMania Tours si impegna a bloccare le date richieste per un massimo di 3 giorni dall’invio della conferma di disponibilità e di ulteriori 3 giorni dall’invio della fattura per il pagamento dell’acconto. Scaduti tali termini, StockholMania Tours non potrà più garantire il tour concordato.

Il saldo potrà avvenire il giorno del tour o servizio tramite carta di credito/debito o, su richiesta, mediante bonifico bancario.

AGENZIE VIAGGIO E GRUPPI ORGANIZZATI

I gruppi organizzati e le agenzie viaggio dovranno procedere al pagamento anticipato di almeno il 30%, via bonifico bancario, al momento della conferma definitiva del tour o servizio. Il saldo dovrà essere effettuato almeno una settimana prima del nostro tour o servizio.

 

POLITICHE DI DISDETTA E RIMBORSO

In caso di imprevisto che costringa StockholMania Tours ad annullare il programma o il tour concordato, l’intera cifra versata verrà totalmente accreditata, senza alcuna spesa, sulla carta usata per il pagamento o via bonifico bancario.

Nel caso in cui sia il cliente a disdire – per qualsiasi ragione – il servizio, StockholMania Tours rimborserà:

  • l’intera somma pagata, se la disdetta viene inviata almeno 10 giorni prima della data del tour o servizio;
  • la metà della somma pagata, se la disdetta viene inviata almeno 72 ore prima del tour o del servizio;

NO CASH

StockholMania Tours, in sintonia con la pratica sempre più diffusa in Svezia, non accetta pagamenti in contanti.

*Tali dati ci occorrono per ragioni di fatturazione, secondo quanto previsto dalla normativa svedese, e verranno eliminati da tutti i nostri database a conclusione del servizio.

Booking, payment and refund

ONE-DAY TOURS

To book a one-day tour, you must fill out the form on the respective tour pages. By clicking on a date in the calendar and selecting the desired time, a popup window will open where you can automatically calculate the price, complete the booking, and proceed with secure online payment.

Payment will be made via debit/credit card. Upon request, payment can also be made via bank transfer: contact us directly at info@stockholmania.tours for more information.

MULTI-DAY ITINERARIES OR CUSTOM ITINERARIES

For our two-day or longer itineraries, you will need to send an availability request through the form on the respective pages, filling in the required fields. The form automatically calculates the total price of the package, including all entry fees, transportation, and cruises/ferries (where applicable).

This request is non-binding and completely free of charge.

We will respond as soon as possible to confirm our availability or provide alternative solutions if necessary.

Once availability is confirmed, to finalize the booking of the requested tour or service, a form will be sent to you to fill out with your name, surname, and residential address*.

Subsequently, an invoice will be sent for a 50% deposit of the agreed amount, to be paid via bank transfer.

StockholMania Tours commits to holding the requested dates for a maximum of 3 days from sending the availability confirmation and an additional 3 days from sending the invoice for the deposit payment. After these deadlines, StockholMania Tours can no longer guarantee the agreed-upon tour.

The balance can be paid on the day of the tour or service via credit/debit card or, upon request, via bank transfer.

TRAVEL AGENCIES AND ORGANIZED GROUPS

Organized groups and travel agencies must pay an advance of at least 30% via bank transfer at the time of final confirmation of the tour or service. The balance must be paid at least one week before the tour or service.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICIES

In the event of unforeseen circumstances that force StockholMania Tours to cancel the agreed program or tour, the entire amount paid will be fully refunded, without any additional charges, to the card used for payment or via bank transfer.

If the customer cancels the service for any reason, StockholMania Tours will refund:

– the full amount paid, if the cancellation is made at least 10 days before the tour or service date;
– half of the amount paid, if the cancellation is made at least 72 hours before the tour or service.

NO CASH

StockholMania Tours, in line with the increasingly common practice in Sweden, does not accept cash payments.

*This information is required for billing purposes, as per Swedish regulations, and will be deleted from all our databases upon completion of the service.
