TOURS OF UP TO ONE DAY
To book a tour lasting up to one day, it is necessary to fill in the form available on the relevant tour pages. By clicking on a date in the calendar and selecting the desired time, a pop-up window will open, allowing you to automatically calculate the price, complete the booking, and proceed with secure online payment.
Payment is made by debit/credit card. Upon request, payment by bank transfer is possible: contact us directly at info@stockholmania.tours for more information.
MULTI-DAY ITINERARIES or TAILOR-MADE ITINERARIES
For our two-day or longer itineraries, you must send an availability request through the form on the relevant pages, completing the required fields. The form automatically calculates the total package price, including all entrance fees, transport, and cruises/boats (where provided).
This request is non-binding and completely free of charge.
We will reply as soon as possible to inform you about availability or to provide alternative solutions if necessary.
Once availability is confirmed, in order to finalize the booking of the requested tour or service, a form will be sent to be completed with first name, last name, and residential address*.
Afterwards, an invoice will be issued for a 50% deposit of the agreed amount, to be paid by bank transfer or online via a secure payment link.
StockholMania Tours will hold the requested dates for a maximum of 3 days from the availability confirmation and for an additional 3 days from the invoice issue date for the deposit payment. After these deadlines, StockholMania Tours can no longer guarantee the agreed tour.
The remaining balance may be paid on the day of the tour or service, by credit/debit card or, upon request, by bank transfer.
TRAVEL AGENCIES AND ORGANIZED GROUPS
Organized groups and travel agencies must make an advance payment of at least 30% by bank transfer at the time of final confirmation of the tour or service. The remaining balance must be paid at least one week before the tour or service.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
In the event of an unexpected circumstance forcing StockholMania Tours to cancel the agreed program or tour, the full amount paid will be completely refunded, with no fees, to the card used for payment or via bank transfer.
If the client cancels — for any reason — the service, StockholMania Tours will refund:
- the full amount paid, if the cancellation is sent at least 10 days before the date of the tour or service;
- half of the amount paid, if the cancellation is sent at least 72 hours before the tour or service.
NO CASH
StockholMania Tours, in line with an increasingly common practice in Sweden, does not accept cash payments.
*These data are required for invoicing purposes in accordance with Swedish regulations and will be deleted from all our databases at the end of the service.
StockholMania Tours, as a guiding philosophy, usually does not organize group tours (i.e., open to everyone with a per-person price). We prefer to offer all our experience and expertise by primarily providing private and exclusive tours.
As an alternative, we give those who wish the possibility to share their private tour. In other words, the tour is agreed and booked as private: if later we receive similar requests for the same tour, we are happy to “open” the tour to new participants and create a small group. In this case, we can apply a discount on the initial rate; otherwise, the conditions remain as defined at the time of booking.
Exceptionally, we organize group tours at specific times of the year, for example during the pre-Christmas period.
